Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring the professional appearance of PPP Advertising Group, Inc. and for providing quality service to our clients according to PPP Advertising Group, Inc. standards and procedures.

  • Receive, file and type correspondence/emails, as instructed.
  • Handles the necessary administrative functions.
  • Coordinates with Administration, some errands and other administrative needs of the department (when necessary).
  • Requirements:

  • 21-28 years old, preferably female and single.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • Required skill(s): Customer Service, Administrative.
  • Excellent Communication Skills and conversant in English.
  • With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and customer-service oriented person.
  • Flexible, and can exude composure and confidence under pressure.
  • Can be depended upon with minimal supervision, and dedicated to work.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • 1 Full-time position available; 6 working days (Mondays-Saturdays).
  • Can start ASAP.
