In 2012, the Philippines has been treated to a popular restaurant that combines Asian, non-MSG cuisine with American-style service called P.F. Chang’s, which opened in Alabang Town Center; and this year, it just added its second branch in Bonifacio Global City early this year.
P.F. Chang’s is renowned worldwide for serving modern Asian-inspired cuisine. Its award-winning beverage program offers smoothies, coffees and teas, domestic and imported beers, as well as Austral-Asian and European wines. It also takes pride in P.F. Chang’s signature cocktail mixes which remain crowd favourites all over the world. Coupled with its mouth-watering dessert menu and top quality service, the restaurant is poised to become a BGC dining favourite.
Diners will notice how careful its operation is handled. Although the secondary ingredients are sourced out locally, most of its primary ingredients are sourced even abroad just to retain the size and quality.
Another notable part in its service, according to Ronald ‘Jam’ Olaes, the senior operations director said, “Our appetizers are served within eight to nine minutes and its main courses would only take 12 to 14 minutes.”
For first-timers, the restaurant has its best-selling starters like Chang’s Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps, Salt and Pepper Calamari or Chang’s Chicken Noodle Soup, and move on to entrees like Crispy Honey Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Shrimp with Candied Walnuts. The restaurant also has an Emperor’s Choice menu that features premium dishes like Asian Marinated NY Steak and Oolong Marinated Chilean Sea Bass.
