How to prepare it?

  • Simply pour one cup (250 ml) of cooking oil in the frying pan. Set it on mediu heat until the oil reaches cooking temperature of (170/180˚ C).
  • With much care, place two or three pieces of your choice of Top Torikatsu in the pan.
  • Cook for two to three minutes on each side until it turn golden brown.
  • Remove product from the pan or allow its excess oil to drain.
  • Serve it while it’s still hot.
