Niño: Direk Maryo J. Delos Reyes’s latest Show!


Multi-awarded film and television director, Maryo J. Delos Reyes is back on GMA-7 Telebabad and is going to make the primetime television viewing alive, exciting, and inspiring via his latest show titled—‘Niño’.

The show features three exciting young stars of today—Miguel Tanfelix as Niño, David Remo as Santo or ‘Tokayo’, and Bianca Umali as Angelica Barrinuevo Ibarra. They are joined by Gloria Romero, Luz Valdez, Dante Rivero, German Moreno, Ces Quesada, Angelu de Leon, Jay Manalo, Katrina Halili, Neil Ryan Sese, Flora Gasser, Orlando Sol, Rafa Siguion-Reyna, Gerald Napoles, Angeli Bayani with the special participation of Tom Rodriguez.

‘Magical realism’ is one formula that perhaps will make this a primetime hit series.

Direk Maryo was also the director based of the successful and FAMAS award-winning drama film ‘Magnifico’ in 2003. With this series, it is expected that he can repeat the success and the inspirational touch he did for the film to this new series that premiered on May 26.
