Torn Between Two Cebuanos in #TeamLea

Being a Cebuano, I am rooting for both Jem Cubil and Thara Jordana.

When Coach Lea chose the two Cebuanos to complete her team in the ongoing The Voice of the Philippines on ABS-CBN Kapamilya network—I am excited and at the same feel tensed since one of them would need to leave in the future battles.

Cubil, 21, a freelance singer whom girls would go crazy for his insanely-ridiculously-twice-as-charming looks when he sings, is perhaps another-Sam Milby-in-the-making. He joins the singing competition in order to pursue what his dad has always been supportive of him—his passion for singing.

Jordana on the other hand, only 24, knew in her heart that singing is something that she really wants to do for the rest of her life. She may have detoured a bit from her previous ‘love’ for music, but later on she still found her way back into embracing that path.

Who will it be? Will coach Lea save the matinee idol-type singer or the former Star Magic talent?

Watch them both in the coming battles of the hit singing tilt show every Saturday and Sunday. For more updates, visit The Voice of the Philippines Season Two official website.
