TV5’s suspense-drama series features JasMINE Curtis-Smith

MANDALUYONG CITY, Philippines – At a recently concluded blogger’s conference at Goldilock’s Main Office on February 20, TV5 announced its upcoming suspense-drama series titled ‘JasMINE’, which will feature the Kapatid Princess—Jasmine Curtis-Smith on the lead role.

“It’s a unique, and a first-of-its-kind series that will invade the Philippine television scene,” according to Paolo Ferrer, the show’s headwriter.

TV5 joins forces with advertising geniuses—Ace Saatchi & Saatchi and commercial film production—Unitel in bringing their ‘JasMINE’ series every Tuesday startng this month of March.

As of this writing, the cast and crew have already taped several episodes, which will soon be ready for airing.

The show boasts of its interactive approach with its audience as it uses the power of social media to enhance the experience and keep them updated with the two exciting characters that this show will be featuring—the villain and stalker named ‘Maskara’ and Jasmine’s blogger-friend to be portrayed by Alwyn Uytingco.

Curtis-Smith will have three equally gorgeous leading men—Vin Abrenica, Gerard Sison, and Matthew Padilla.

Apart from this coming series, the Kapatid Princess hosted the show called ‘Spin Nation’ as she jazzed up the weekend with songs that suit the intended audience or captive market.

Since she is becoming very busy these days, she also decided to make her studies at the Ateneo De Manila University to take a backseat for the time being and focus on her blooming career.
